PayHero is online payroll software built for New Zealand businesses. It is one of four products under FlexiTime Limited. It is used by thousands of Kiwi businesses to pay millions of dollars worth of payroll every month. I currently lead the design for the apps, websites, marketing & brand.
The work I have been responsible for includes:
UX & UI design for the desktop payroll admin app, the employee mobile app, and the iPad-based photo time clock app
Lead and mentor a team of designers & developers for the apps & websites
Customer interviews & feedback consolidation
User journey & flow creation
Design system creation
Website design & SEO optimisation
Website development with Gatsby React & ongoing maintenance of the support sites via Zendesk
Brand refresh & guidelines
